About the Role

**About the Role:**

As an Aviation Sales and Charter Manager at The Royal Society of the United States, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing luxury aircraft charters, selling aircraft to potential clients, and managing clients' aircraft for chartering to other clients and companies. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate and secure the best options. You will ensure that clients receive unparalleled service, from booking to boarding, and enjoy a seamless and luxurious travel experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate luxury aircraft charters for clients.
- Negotiate with charter operators to secure the best aircraft and pricing.
- Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel arrangements.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, operators, and industry partners.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and safety standards are met.
- Handle any emergencies or issues that may arise with professionalism and efficiency.
- Sell aircraft to potential clients interested in purchasing one.
- Manage clients' aircraft for chartering to other clients and companies, ensuring maximum utilization and revenue.

Requirements

Qualifications:


- Proven experience in aviation, travel management, or a related field (minimum of 5 years preferred).


- Strong negotiation and communication skills.


- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.


- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


- Professional demeanor and appearance.


- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.


- Knowledge of luxury travel and aviation industry standards.



Preferred Skills:


- Experience working with high-profile or VIP clients.


- Foreign language proficiency.


- Knowledge of aircraft types and specifications.


- Strong network within the aviation industry.
